Coriander pesto with rice and puy lentils
Fry 1/2 red onion in coconut oil with 2 sliced mushrooms.
Add 1/4 sachet of cooked merchant gourmet cooked lentils and1/4 sachet
of cooked tilda brown rice.
Meanwhile....
put two handfuls of fresh coriander in a bowl. Add a clove of garlic, salt, squeeze of
lemon juice and cold pressed flaxseed oil or olive oil. Blend with a hand blender.
Put your rice and lentils on a plate and coriander pesto on top.
Eat your lunch and enjoy.

Puy lentils - B vitamins, Vit C, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc
Coriander - it detoxifies the body of heavy metals. Two table spoons of my homemade pesto is a therapeutic dose. Also high in Vit K and Vit A
Garlic - endless health benefits, including boosting the immune, getting rid of parasites in the gut, reduces LDL cholesterol etc etc.
Why wouldn't you make it every day for a week? Delicious. and don't forget to chew.
